Become a Host Family, or refer someone, and help

TIME IS RUNNING OUT FOR THIS YEAR’S STUDENTS                                     

Ò Won’t you open your home and share your life with a boy or girl from abroad?  International students arrive in August 2010 on an academic homestay program.  Teens from Italy Spain, Germany, China, Thailand and 20 other countries, are interested in living with an American family and attending an American high school for the next academic semester or school year.  All PAX students speak English, have full medical insurance, and come with their own spending money.

Ò Host families come in all shapes and sizes!  All are welcome to host, including singles, young couples and retirees.

Ò  When you become a host, or refer a host family, $150 will be donated to Sol Children Theatre Troupe, plus many of these students will want to participate as actor/members of the Sol Children Theatre Troupe.

Ò  Families need only provide a place for the student to sleep and study, meals, and a warm, supportive environment.  We can match the student to you and/or your family’s interests such as music, sports, cooking, martial arts, tennis, etc…
